There's nothing about this place that doesn't deserve 5-plus stars.
First, you can't beat the location. It's within walking distance to everything and pretty much the only real coffee shop in the immediate area. And did I mention, the coffee is real.
I love the accessibility here and the window seating. This place is more of a grab-and-go rather than sit in, so please don't ruin the ambiance by setting up your workstation over three seats.
Make sure you grab your coffee early if you want to have a snack with it because treats sell out quickly. Good news for bargain hunters is the 'day old' selection at 25% off.
Only downside here is that the hours are limited so if you live in the area, you'll have to make a late afternoon latte yourself in your own kitchen. -

This coffee shop was a quick walk from the Manitoba museum. We showed up late afternoon and their array of sandwiches was pretty well sold out, but it looked like they had a wide selection.
We had a latte and Americano along with a chocolate croissant and Saskatoon berry muffin. The latte and Americano were both average, but were reasonably sized for the price. The pastry of the croissant was moist and the chocolate was solid. The Saskatoon berry muffin was very good and sweet. Both baked goods were from local shops and not made on site.
There was limited seating but accessible with a stroller.
Overall the best part about this place was its friendly and quick service. For that reason alone I'd recommend visiting them for a coffee and snack.
